Data Deletion Instructions

Network Collage · Last updated: May 19, 2026

Totally Legit LLC operates Network Collage. This page explains how to request removal of data we store about you, including data obtained through Instagram / Meta Platform APIs, as required by Meta’s developer policies.

What we can delete

  • Instagram media and metadata synced to our database (images, captions, usernames, timestamps, links).
  • Your central hub username setting and hub profile display data.
  • Event kiosk entries (name, creative focus, connection word, and generated avatar).
  • Server-side access tokens associated with your Instagram authorization (when applicable).

How to request deletion

  1. Revoke app access (if you used Instagram login): Go to Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites, remove Network Collage (or our Meta app name), and/or remove access in Instagram’s connected apps settings.
  2. Email us: Send a message to shelly [at] totallylegitllc [dot] com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include:
    • Your Instagram username (if you synced or signed in with Instagram);
    • Your name as entered on the kiosk (if applicable);
    • Any confirmation code from Facebook/Instagram (if shown after you clicked “Send Request”);
    • A brief statement that you want all data we hold about you deleted.

What happens next

We will verify your request and delete matching records from our database within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days. We may retain minimal information only if required by law or for fraud prevention.

Deleting data in our Service does not delete your original Instagram posts; to remove content from Instagram, use Instagram’s own tools.
