Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Network Collage (the “Service”) operated by Totally Legit LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at https://NetworkCollage.com. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the Service—including connecting an Instagram account, syncing content, viewing the collage, or submitting information through the event kiosk—you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Network Collage visualizes creative networks as a 3D collage. The Service may import content from Instagram (via Meta’s APIs), display it around a central account you designate, and allow manual additions at live events through a kiosk interface.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be old enough to use Instagram and enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (including your central Instagram username and kiosk responses).
- You must have the rights to connect any Instagram account you authorize and to display synced content through the Service.
3. Instagram and Meta integration
Features that connect to Instagram use Meta Platform APIs. Your use of those features is subject to:
- These Terms and our Privacy Policy;
- Meta Platform Terms;
- Instagram Terms of Use;
- Any permissions you grant when you sign in or authorize our Meta app.
You may revoke our access at any time through Facebook/Instagram settings. We may suspend or remove API-dependent features if Meta changes its APIs, revokes our app, or if you violate applicable policies.
4. Your content and license
You retain ownership of content you submit or sync. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service (including the public or event collage display, link building, and image proxying).
You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.
5. Event kiosk
Kiosk submissions are voluntary. Do not enter personal information you do not want shown in the collage or at an event. We may display your name, creative focus, and connection word as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or harassing purposes;
- Attempt to access others’ accounts or data without authorization;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or Meta/Instagram APIs;
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service beyond normal use;
- Use Instagram data obtained through the Service in ways prohibited by Meta Platform Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Service software, design, and branding (excluding your content and Instagram media) are owned by us or our licensors. Instagram and Meta trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT THE COLLAGE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY).
10. Termination and data deletion
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be noted on the landing page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Totally Legit LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply.
